This croissant was only offered once during the COVID-19 pandemic shut-down in 2020.

Niles Township Trustee Mark Collins of ‘Makin’ It With Mark’ was nice enough to provide some down-home smoked bacon straight from the land of yummy! We thought the best way to use it was to caramelize it with onions, mix it with goat cheese, and wrap it in one of our croissants. This is a very limited release—get yours before they are gone!

Join us in celebrating our 5th anniversary with a month-long $5 special! Each day brings a new surprise, from beloved menu classics to limited-edition treats. We're excited to bring back some fan favorites for one day only, and our weekend croissants are a special treat you won't want to miss.

Pre-orders will be accepted until September 19. A limited quantity of these unique croissants will be available at our shop on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are a small-batch, scratch-made bakery, and quantities are limited.
