When we first started out, Maria used to handcraft fresh bread for all of our sandwiches every day. She loved making the demi-baguette for our Jambon Beurre, which became a huge hit. As our sandwiches became increasingly popular, we struggled to keep up with the demand for this amazing sandwich. But guess what? For just one day, we've managed to get our hands on Greg Wade’s Publican Quality Bread Baguette to bring back this amazing sandwich.

The Jambon-Beurre is a traditional Parisian sandwich with European cultured butter, salted by hand, and thinly sliced smoked ham on a freshly made baguette.

Does not include chips. No substitutions.

Pre-orders will be accepted until September 22. A limited quantity of these unique dessert bars will be available at our shop on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are a small-batch, scratch-made bakery, and quantities are limited.
